This page says what happens to your information when you use this site. The short version: nothing is collected until you choose to tell me something, and I use what you share to answer you and plan your wedding.
Visiting the site
Browsing here does not create a profile of you. The site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. Like every website, the hosting provider (Netlify) keeps short-lived server logs with your IP address and the pages requested, which exist to keep the site secure and are not used to identify you.
Checking your date or sending agreement details
When you fill in the inquiry form or the agreement form, you send me what you type: your name, email, phone number, wedding date, venue and anything else you include. I use it to reply, check the date and, if we work together, to plan and run your wedding. It is stored in the tools the business runs on (the booking system, the inquiry tracker and Google Workspace), and shared only with people who help deliver your event, such as an assistant or a musician I book for you. It is never sold.
While the form is open, it keeps a random ID in your browser's session storage so it can tell where you are in the form. That ID is not tied to your identity and disappears when you close the tab.
Texts and calls
If you give a phone number on the inquiry form, I will text you at that number, usually within minutes, to confirm I received your inquiry, and I may text or call you after that about your date, your proposal and your wedding. By entering your number you agree to receive those messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to end them, or HELP for help. Your number is not shared with anyone for marketing.
Music players
The real-wedding pages include Spotify players so you can hear the songs. Those players are loaded from Spotify, which may set its own cookies and collect usage data under the Spotify Privacy Policy. If you would rather not load them, you can read the song lists without pressing play.
Fonts and links
The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when they load; Google does not set cookies for this. Links to venues, photographers and other vendors go to sites I don't control, with their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask at any time to see what I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and I will do so unless I need to keep it for a booking you have made. Email info@djdayve.com or call 239-451-3144.

This site and its forms are for adults planning their own or a client's wedding. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
